Qingdao Yijinhua PVC paint free and foam plate production line.

PVC paint free plate is a compound of extruded plate and decoration film. Because of the same material of plate and film, after hot application of vacuum forming machine or three-roller calendaring machine, the two can turn into an organic whole, which can ensure the smooth surface, good looking, innocuity, endurance strength, good bending stress under paint free circumstances.

PVC foamed plate is a new plate of surface crusting with its core layer under foaming treatment which ensures the smooth surface, light weight and strong intensity, and it can be processed like wood plate. PVC foamed plates are widely used in fields of advertises lettering, construction, decoration, windows and doors of furniture, etc.

This production line is also capable of extruding PVC plate and sheet of mono-layer and multi-layer as well as large PVC leather for floor.

Total power of PVC Macromolecule paint free Board Production Line: 98kw ( SJSZ-65 production line), 125kw ( SJSZ-80 production line). Actual power consumption (approx.) : 60%-70% of total power.
